• This Marketing Project Coordinator role is internally known as the Marketing Manager for Marzano Resources, and the incumbent develops and executes marketing plans based on market research, monitors spend and marketing effectiveness. • They also manage campaigns from brief to execution leveraging the marketing team and defined project management processes. • Additional responsibilities include monitoring conversion rates, return on ad spend and sales pipeline, collaborating and gaining buy-in with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives. • This person delivers revenue based on plan and manages our Marzano products and services, including but not limited to Professional Development and EdTech.

Requirements

• BA required; degree in marketing or business preferred • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing position • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Superior communication, collaboration, and organization skills • Strong mathematical and analytical skills • Ability to learn and use project management software • Ability to travel occasionally (including overnights) is required for attending events and quarterly departmental meetings, as well as the corporate retreat (which usually takes place in January each year).
