• Bachelor’s degree or higher AND 5 years combined sales and sales management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. • OR High School/GED AND 9 years combined sales and sales management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. • Current and valid driver’s license • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook). • Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across hospital care areas and alternative sites of care • Demonstrated management, planning, and organizational skills • Prior experience leading contract negotiations • Experience business planning and forecasting for products with complex sales cycles • Proven track record of leading teams that meet or exceed sales targets and quotas • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, project management, and implementation skills • Proven ability to cultivate strong internal and external collaborative relationships • Strong track record of hiring and developing outstanding talent • Wound care experience, operating room experience, or durable medical equipment experience
