• Creation of backlog, validation, and application of content, metrics, and analytics • Collaborate with coding, CDI, and clinical team members • Present dashboard concepts to hospitals and organizations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (7 years of coding/clinical experience) OR High School Diploma/GED (11 years clinical/coding experience) • RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification with 5 years of clinical coding/revenue cycle management experience • Additional qualifications: Master’s degree in HIM/Nursing • CCDS certification • Valid RN License with 5 years acute care experience
