Description

• Lead delivery of data analysis and reporting for Performance Data Monitoring clients. • Analyze and recommend solutions for client documentation improvement processes, data inconsistency trends and key performance indicators. • Coach clients on the use of web-based reporting tools. • Deliver performance advisory services based on contractual agreements. • Collaborate with teams to improve web-based tools. • Manage key client relationships and present analytical results. • Identify process improvement opportunities and support onboarding of new clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing, Health Information Management, Business, Physical or Biological Science OR High School Diploma/GED with RHIA certification and minimum 4 years experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement, Health Information Management or Healthcare Analytics in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum of two (2+) years of experience in clinical nursing, health information management and/or healthcare finance • Minimum of three (3+) combined years of experience analyzing and processing healthcare data, identifying anomalies and/or recommending corrective courses of action
