It’s a hugely exciting time to be joining the team as we’re still small enough that you’ll have a significant impact on the company’s growth trajectory and culture, yet large enough to have a great structure, experienced leaders and world-class benefits in place.
✔️ 5+ years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops role within a SaaS (ideally vertical SaaS), enterprise sales environment. ✔️ Deep understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models, GTM strategy, and enterprise sales cycles. ✔️ Proven technical expertise with CRM (ideally HubSpot), analytics tools, and sales engagement platforms. ✔️ Strong data analytics skills—comfortable with dashboards, SQL, or similar tools. ✔️ Ability to align cross-functional teams and build scalable RevOps processes. ✔️ Passion for process optimisation, automation, and driving data-led decisions. ✔️ Strategic thinker who can balance high-level planning with hands-on execution.
£95,000 - £115,000 Remote (UK based) or Hybrid working in the London office.
