• Increase sales of all products within territory • Increase Market Share in the Government Services channel • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers • Maintain required number of sales calls per week • Comply with internal policies and procedures for documenting customer visits in CRM system daily • Understand that Phonak is about our people • Strategically partner with customers to drive revenue, sales growth, patient experience and repeat/referral business • Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify customer challenges and needs and provide solutions that increase market share and customer loyalty • Make required number of virtual calls per week to current or new customers within territory • Partner with assigned outside account managers to conduct virtual trainings and participate in national trainings and events • Provide back-up to account managers for in-person or virtual meetings as needed • Provide product training and support including fitting and fine-tuning of products and software • Participate in the execution of approved marketing plans and promotional campaigns • Collaborate with account managers to implement effective strategies and launch sales initiatives • Investigate and resolve customer problems by partnering with internal teams • Some overnight travel may be required
• Masters or Doctorate in Audiology required • At least 3 years of experience dispensing hearing aids • Prior sales and/or government services experience in the hearing aid industry • Knowledge of HI technology and practices, previous experience assisting patients independently • Partner-oriented working relationships with customers, prospects and fellow Sonova brand ambassadors that challenges everyone to be their best while respectful and professional • Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite) with a strong technical aptitude • SAP, Salesforce, Learning Management Systems experience a bonus • A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
