• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. • Background in franchise operations and practice management within the hearing, dental, or vision industries. • Experience in business consulting and strategic business development. • Proven ability to establish and nurture both internal and external partnerships for customer acquisition and sustainable growth. • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset. • Demonstrated ability to help businesses scale and thrive. • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with a strong commitment to follow-through. • A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova.
