Description

• Assisting the Live Operations Team in getting the College project off the ground • Produce thorough documentation for training of college replay staff • Produce and refine thorough documentation for operational workflows • Challenge processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies • Collaborate with Project team on Site Surveys and onsite system installation • Provide feedback on software functionality and ease of use • Ensure operational quality of the Replay deliverables • Be prepared to work long days on weekends and midweek evenings

Requirements

• Passion for collegiate sports and a proactive, problem-solving attitude • Knowledge in at least one Hawk-Eye service • Experience in remote support and communication • Attention to detail for completing documentation accurately • Desire to grow your career in the sports technology industry
