Description

• Assisting the Live Operations Team in getting College project off the ground as we start new sports • Produce thorough documentation for (and possibly deliver) training of college replay staff (both onsite technicians, and Birmingham) - alongside Service Ops • Produce and refine thorough documentation for operational workflows (including but not limited to checklists, reporting, disaster recovery etc) • Making sure to challenge process - identify any gaps and/or inefficiencies in the way things are done • Working closely with the Project team to: Assist in completion of the Site Surveys required for all venues • Assist in onsite system installations for the Summer Sports and the creation of documentation for this • Keep on top of quirks for installs and beyond (alongside the Hardware QA team) • Working closely with the Tech Ops team

Requirements

• Good depth of knowledge in at least one Hawk-Eye service • Good level of experience on Remote Support - both from a system standpoint, and a communication standpoint • Attention to detail for completing documentation • Comfortable challenging current processes • Good depth of knowledge of Collegiate sport, and a general interest in the sports this encompasses • Proactive, problem-solving attitude • Desire to grow your career
