Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). •Prior experience or internship in HR or benefits is preferred but not mandatory. •Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis. •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. •Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information. •Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely. •Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information. •A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
