Description

• Sophos is a global leader in cybersecurity solutions. • Seeking a Director of Quality Engineering for Security Operations group. • Responsible for driving the strategic quality roadmap and ensuring high-quality releases. • Work in an agile environment with teams across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• 15-20 years of technical and Quality Assurance experience. • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience. • Ability to supervise, hire, retain, coach, and mentor SDETs. • Experience in managing first-line and/or senior people managers. • Knowledge of Software Engineering, DevOps, and Quality Assurance principles. • Experience in Test Planning and writing Test Strategies. • Hands-on past Automation/Coding and Code Review experience. • Exposure to API testing using REST APIs. • Experience in Testing of SOA/Microservices based Products and CI/CD Deployments. • Knowledge of Cloud based platforms and technologies. • Experience working with Agile/Scrum SDLC setup.
