Requirements

ā€¢ 2-3+ years' experience as an SDR in a new business, phone-based, high-volume, customer-facing role. ā€¢ Proven experience and track record in an outbound prospecting lead generation environment. ā€¢ Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and SDR productivity tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Sales Navigator). ā€¢ Ability to connect with, engage and identify customer needs and pain points, and propose relevant solutions. ā€¢ Experience in handling objections and overcoming rejections. ā€¢ Process-oriented approach to lead management and workflows. ā€¢ Understanding of the partner / distributor ecosystem. ā€¢ Experience working with sales reps / account managers for appointment-setting. ā€¢ Experience in the IT and/or IT security industry within the B2B space in India. ā€¢ Passion for technology in the B2B space.
