ā¢ 2-3+ years' experience as an SDR in a new business, phone-based, high-volume, customer-facing role. ā¢ Proven experience and track record in an outbound prospecting lead generation environment. ā¢ Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and SDR productivity tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Sales Navigator). ā¢ Ability to connect with, engage and identify customer needs and pain points, and propose relevant solutions. ā¢ Experience in handling objections and overcoming rejections. ā¢ Process-oriented approach to lead management and workflows. ā¢ Understanding of the partner / distributor ecosystem. ā¢ Experience working with sales reps / account managers for appointment-setting. ā¢ Experience in the IT and/or IT security industry within the B2B space in India. ā¢ Passion for technology in the B2B space.
