Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience providing software technical support. • Experience managing IT infrastructure is a plus. • Experience selling security solutions is a plus. • Experience with pre-sales technical support is a plus. • Deep technical knowledge of networking and security concepts. • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. • Excellent project management and writing skills. • Ability to be self-motivated and thrive in a team environment. • Knowledge of the security software industry. • Familiarity with Sophos solutions or similar products is a plus. • Strong Troubleshooting skills. • Bachelor's degree.
