Description

• Responsible for the end-to-end management of marketing projects • Guides project sponsor and stakeholders across all phases of the marketing project lifecycle • Identify and structure work streams for projects and initiatives • Effectively collaborates with marketing team and appropriate stakeholders • Partners with business leaders to provide training for implemented projects • Manages multiple projects concurrently. • Develops and manages marketing improvement opportunities utilizing Sourcewell's established CI/CM methodologies • Collaborates with Marketing Project Coordinator to: Transition project schedules and objectives into executable tasks for assignment identify and resolve timing and capacity challenges. • Manages and communicates all project work streams to ensure project meets delivery requirements, timeframes, and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field AND a minimum of four (4) years’ experience managing large projects in a marketing, sales, or other complex mission critical business system OR A combination of related post-secondary and/or professional education and demonstrated relevant work experience managing technical or marketing projects in a marketing, sales or other complex mission critical business system equivalent to a total of eight (8) years. • Strong business process/operational knowledge (e.g., customer service, inventory management, procurement, accounting) • Four (4) years’ experience managing outside agencies and/or contractors • Demonstrated continuous improvement experience • Meeting facilitation and presentation experience • PMP or CAPM certification preferred. • Six (6) or more years managing outside agencies or contractors preferred.
