β€’ Accountable for budgeted sales performance in North America β€’ Oversee regional sales activities and manage the sales team β€’ Design and implement go-to-market strategy β€’ Proactively expand South Pole's certificate and advisory business β€’ Encourage collaboration with clients for climate transition needs β€’ Provide sales forecasts and keep Salesforce records clean β€’ Stay updated on climate trends and client needs

Requirements

β€’ University degree in Economics, Engineering, Environmental Sustainability, Business Development, or Environmental Management β€’ Senior commercial or business development leader with at least 10 years of relevant experience β€’ Strong understanding of corporate climate action drivers β€’ Knowledge in carbon markets, renewable energy, corporate responsibility, or climate change β€’ Proven track record in relationship building and negotiation β€’ Experience in strategy development, execution, and budget setting β€’ Outstanding leadership skills β€’ Proven record of managing cross-functional teams β€’ Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills β€’ Fluent in English β€’ Experience scaling teams in competitive markets (desirable) β€’ Experience in Tech industry is a plus (desirable)
