📋 Description
• This position is responsible for managing and supervising the Relationship Managers of the Government Guaranteed Lending Department on U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 7a loans and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) commercial loans. • Incumbents are expected to recruit, hire, on-board, and assist all RM’s under their supervision as a primary job responsibility. • Expected to meet their own production goals as an SBA Sales Manager, which are set annually by the Bank. • Interviews loan applicants, collects and analyzes financial data to determine creditworthiness. • Establishes and negotiates terms under which credit will be extended.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, finance or equivalent. • 3-5 years of previous Commercial Lending Experience in a bank or loan setting. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in government lending preferred. • Required annual compliance training; New Employee Orientation
