📋 Description

• Manage assigned Accounts within the Hardware Channel. • Partner with Southwire Senior Sales Management, Regional VPs, Directors, Account Managers and agents to develop communication plans, marketing, sales and promotional programs. • Provide unique solutions to various business challenges and will directly communicate at all levels of Southwire and its Customer contacts. • Responsible for people leadership and growing the account list by bringing on new incremental business. • Develop and execute Hardware Channel Strategy. • Analyze various markets, identify, develop and foster growth opportunities. • Provide sales guidance, trend analysis and market intelligence within Southwire. • Develop strong relationships with various Customer Executive Leaders. • Ensure proper execution of customer rebate agreements. • Monitor and drive understanding of customer progress towards goals. • Align & coordinate Southwire resources as necessary to support customer retention and expansion. • Communicate regularly with Senior Southwire Sales management. • Responsible for advancing the business group’s objectives with respect to marketing, sales, and customer management. • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to continually promote Southwire’s solutions and products.

• Minimum Education Level: ​​Bachelor's • Years of Experience: ​​8+ • Field of Expertise: ​​Highly Technical Sales roles • Preferred Minimum Education Level: ​​Master's • Specialized Degree: ​​Business • Years of Experience: ​​12+ • Preferred Field of Expertise: Highly specialized field relevant to company’s product line • Other Preferred Skills, Licenses, & Certificates: ​​A combination of education and experience may be considered.
