• Bachelor's degree or higher degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related area of study • 3+ years of prior experiences on a marketing or growth-contributing team • Understanding and eagerness to deepen knowledge of marketing channels across Digital, Traditional, and Innovative forms. • Comfortable with digital tools and platforms. • Strong ability to translate concepts into polished, engaging written, visual, or video content. • Execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Desire to make meaningful contributions, with a growth-focused mindset that aligns with team and organizational goals. • Experience or knowledge of the K-12 education system through work, study, or volunteer activities.
