📋 Description

• Join our Workforce Productivity and Collaboration research practice as a Senior Analyst. • Focus on core HR technologies, performance management and employee experience solutions. • Create and maintain your own program of market-leading written research. • Take ownership on developing annual or semi-annual survey instruments. • Advise clients on actionable insights relevant to their needs and interests.

🎯 Requirements

• Around 5 years as an industry analyst with expertise in workforce productivity or HR software markets. • Demonstrated enthusiasm for the latest technological advancements and innovations around these areas. • An external facing analyst who enjoys building relationships with clients and prospects, enthusiastic about travel (approx. 10% of your time, or c. 15 business trips a year) for conferences, sales support, and client engagements, with public speaking experience at conferences, on webinars, and in different client meetings. • Excellent writing, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with strong proficiency in analyzing research data. • Experience in managing an individual program of research with the ability to methodically balance and effectively manage your time across written research, data product, client engagement and sales support responsibilities. • The ability to work efficiently and effectively with your peers in the analyst, data, consulting, and commercial teams.
