Description

• The Panel Director is part of the operations team and has end-to-end responsibility for the Spherix Physician Community • This role demands strong organizational and relationship-building skills to drive success in market research and strategic analytics • Define and execute the physician community strategy • Manage physician community membership, including building and maintaining relationships with new and existing physicians • Support internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of research projects • Manage day-to-day activities required for managing physician community member information and data in physician community management platform

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in research-related panel support • 3+ years of team management experience • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred • Exposure to and proven capabilities in data analytics • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • Demonstrated professionalism in a customer facing role is preferred • Survey and panel management platform experience required • Market research or project management experience required • Must be willing to travel 10% of time
