• Oversee physician community engagements • Manage panel and recruitment communications • Ensure timely quality data collection • Positively impact P+L through cost processes • Build and maintain relationships with physicians • Coordinate recruitment for new physicians • Support internal teams for project execution • Manage external partner relationships • Process participant payments on time • Handle inbound inquiries and survey scheduling

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in research-related panel support • 3+ years of team management experience • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred • Exposure to and proven capabilities in data analytics • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • Demonstrated professionalism in a customer facing role is preferred • Survey and panel management platform experience required • Market research or project management experience required
