Description

• We’re a high-growth, HR-tech start-up building and selling software that helps in-house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent. • We care deeply about our product experience being exceptional. • Our product has been built by an extremely talented set of engineers and designers, each taking on some of the responsibilities of product management.

Requirements

• Participate in ideation sessions, contribute ideas on how features should be built and function. • Lead project meetings, ensure decisions are made, documented, and projects stay on track. • Collaborate with a design lead to plan client research calls, or conduct the calls yourself. • Write and maintain detailed feature documentation. • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Conduct demos for internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone updated on project progress. • Work with the Marketing team to develop plans for product launches and other campaigns.
