• Hey 👋 I’m Edd –Product Delivery Manager at Pinpoint. • We’re a high-growth, HR-tech start-up building and selling software that helps in-house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent. This success is a testament to our talented team of engineers and designers who have been wearing multiple hats, including product management. • Now, as we enter our next phase of growth, we're ready to bring on our first dedicated Product Manager. This pivotal hire will shape our entire product management function, establish best practices, optimize our development lifecycle, and drive strategic decisions. It's a unique opportunity to significantly impact our product strategy, development processes, and overall company direction, building upon our strong foundation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, most recently in a B2B environment, particularly with a complex and horizontal product. • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to contribute to and improve existing processes. • Exceptional communication skills, capable of building compelling narratives and convincing stakeholders of your vision. • Ability to balance the needs of various stakeholders while prioritizing the best outcomes for the product. • Skilled at using both quantitative data and qualitative insights to make informed decisions. • Demonstrated ownership, drive, and ability to work flexibly within constraints. • A keen instinct for exceptional UX/UI design and a holistic understanding of product management. • Experience in HR Tech or ATS (huge plus). • Willingness to occasionally travel for team events and project focus sessions.
