Requirements

• Must be based in Europe - Ideally based in the UK • Minimum of 4 years experience in tech recruitment, this can be RPO or internal • Demonstrable experience recruiting engineers/ developers in modern tech stacks • Ability to actively source and manage inbound applications for a range of roles in tech • Comfortable working in a remote working environment • Clear communication style with candidates and internal stakeholders • Fluency in English • Market specific knowledge e.g. EMEA, LatAM, EU • Experience using Lever as an ATS system
