Description

• Lead mental health clinicians dedicated to specific customers. • Supervise and direct team activities including assessment and referral, crisis counseling. • Hire, onboard, train, and support the professional growth of teams. • Develop team productivity benchmarks and monitor workloads. • Create or update EAP clinical policies and ensure compliance with laws. • Collaborate with operations, sales, product, and partnership success teams.

Requirements

• LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent independent licensure. • 10+ years of behavioral health experience including EAP and management consultation experience. • 5+ years of experience managing multi-functional clinical teams. • SAP qualified preferred. • CEAP certification preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Understanding of HIPAA and EAP best practices. • Comfortable in amorphous environments and evolving responsibilities. • Tech-savvy and efficient in tech-related tasks.
