•The Director of Events will lead Spring Health's events strategy and execution. •This role is critical in driving event initiatives that contribute to company pipeline, revenue, and brand visibility. •Oversee the creation of the annual events strategy, calendar, and budget aligned with company goals. •Lead the strategic direction across multiple types of events and activations. •Responsible for the overall management and execution of the events strategy. •Implement and oversee tools and processes to measure event ROI, tying event performance directly to company KPIs. •Lead and mentor the events team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. •Manage relationships with external partners, sponsors, and vendors. •Create event experiences that resonate with customers, prospects, and stakeholders. •Act as the primary liaison between the events team and other departments.

Requirements

•10+ years of experience in B2B event management, with a focus on strategy and execution of large-scale events. •Proven experience leading both in-person and virtual/hybrid events. •Experience managing end-to-end event processes, including budget planning, logistics, and post-event analysis. •Strong understanding of event marketing principles and how events tie into sales pipelines and revenue growth. •Leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams. •Proven history of collaborating across multiple disciplines to meet event goals (marketing, creative, operations, sales, finance etc.). •Experience in building and scaling large member communities in-person and virtually. •Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask. •Creativity and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative event strategies. •Willingness to travel.
