• The Events Marketing Lead will execute everything from large, tentpole tradeshows to small executive experience programs. • In this role you will have the opportunity to play a key part in building a center of excellence for a hyper growth startup. • This is a highly operational role that requires you to be thorough, great organizational and people skills – while also bringing creativity and strategy to the role. • You will not only need to effectively manage the execution of identified deliverables for each event but also manage overall team processes that help propel Spring Health events forward. • Strategizing and Executing Diverse Event Campaigns. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for a wide range of events, from high-impact tradeshows to exclusive executive programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand messaging. • Driving Innovation and Best Practices. Lead the charge in introducing fresh ideas and industry best practices, setting clear, measurable objectives to ensure the successful delivery of all event-related initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • End-to-End Event Management. Oversee all aspects of third-party event participation, including sponsorship negotiations, logistics, staffing, and creative development, ensuring flawless execution and maximum ROI. • Strategic Collaboration and Process Optimization. Work in close partnership with the Sr. Marketing Manager of Events to design and refine frameworks and processes that enhance our overall event management efficiency and effectiveness. • Creative Leadership in Event Production. Play a key role in the creative planning and execution of Spring Health-owned events, bringing energy, innovation, and a strategic vision to each project to create memorable experiences. • Operational Excellence in Event Support. Manage essential event support functions, including the development of event roadmaps, maintenance of request portals, and oversight of swag stores, to ensure seamless event execution. • Budget Management and Performance Analysis. Proactively monitor event budgets, assess impact, analyze performance data, and refine strategies to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our event marketing efforts. • Vendor and Speaker Relations Management. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, and act as a key point of contact for event speakers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.

Requirements

• Proven Event Management Expertise. 5+ years of experience in event management, with a track record of successfully driving impactful event marketing initiatives that align with organizational goals. • Outstanding Stakeholder Management. Exceptional ability to build trust, foster relationships, and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless event execution and alignment. • Agility in a Fast-Paced Environment. Demonstrated ability to excel under pressure, managing multiple events simultaneously with a high degree of finesse, adaptability, and attention to detail. • Mastery of Marketing Tools and Tactics. Proficient in leveraging marketing strategies and digital tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and other platforms, to maximize the impact and reach of events. • Passion for Exceptional Customer Experience. A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences, paired with an experimental mindset that drives innovation and excellence in event programs. • Data-Driven and Results-Oriented. A focus on results, driven by data and analytics, with a continuous pursuit of optimization and improvement throughout the entire event lifecycle. • Flexibility and Willingness to Adapt. Open to travel and adaptable to working flexible hours, demonstrating a commitment to accommodating the dynamic nature of our event schedule. • Superior Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with a professional and approachable demeanor that makes you a valued collaborator and a strong representative of Spring Health. • Industry Expertise (Bonus). Subject matter expertise or a solid understanding of the HR/Benefits market is a plus, enhancing your ability to create events that resonate with our target audience.
