• Integral in shaping and communicating the core messaging and positioning of Spring Health’s member experience. • Translate product innovations into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders. • Lead upstream activities such as market research and competitive analysis. • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of product marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or employer services. • Proven expertise in developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies. • Skilled in translating complex product concepts into clear, compelling value propositions. • Strong cross-functional leadership experience, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across teams. • Analytical mindset with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and interpreting product performance metrics. • Experience supporting sales enablement and creating effective go-to-market collateral.
