• Our mission: to eliminate every barrier to mental health. • We’re on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing every barrier that prevents people from getting the help they need, when they need it. • The Member Experience Engineering team builds the web and mobile experiences that Spring Health members use to access care. • We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for member funnel optimization, as well as agile delivery of emergent customer-, member-, and sales-requested feature opportunities. • This particular role is a unique opportunity to make an impact in the area of Specialty Care - treating members and their families with difficult challenges such as substance use, severe depression, trauma and eating disorders. • The role is full time, reports to the VP of Engineering for Member Experience, is full remote (or optionally hybrid if you happen to live near Manhattan), with travel opportunities at least twice per year for in person events.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience as an engineering manager (manager of individual engineers) • At least 5 years of experience with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript and/or Flutter • Track record of data fluency and objective measures of impact • Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style • Track record of strong talent management and team health success
