Description

• Responsible for driving successful customer and partner implementations. • Lead cross-functional coordination and program management for initiatives. • Drive innovative solutions to expand Specialty Care services. • Spearhead significant cross-functional projects for process improvements. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for process improvement opportunities. • Assist in developing and measure progress on key program KPIs. • Become an expert on Specialty Care programs and processes. • Drive successful enablement materials for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations roles, consulting, or project management. • 4+ years of experience working in healthcare, with knowledge of payor operations. • 2+ years of experience in an external facing role. • Comfortable with navigating complex problems and ambiguous tasks. • Proactive with a high degree of ownership. • Highly organized with strong project management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Solid analytical skills; proficient in spreadsheets and data.
