Product Operations Lead

Description
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve product management processes and tools to enhance efficiency, consistency, and output across the organization • Create a system to capture, analyze, and translate customer and user feedback into actionable insights and a customer-centric product roadmap • Design and manage release management frameworks to ensure seamless product launches and communication for Enterprise customers • Serve as a thought partner to our Chief Product Officer, helping to shape and execute product vision and strategy • Foster collaboration across product, engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence • Coach and mentor product team on best practices, providing team tools and frameworks to successfully deliver • Establish baseline metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor success of product management team and inform strategic decision-making
Requirements
• 7-10 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth technology company • Demonstrated experience in building release management frameworks for enterprise-grade software products • Strong track record of streamlining processes and implementing tools to drive efficiency and clarity within product teams • Proficiency in leveraging data to drive product decisions • Deep understanding of customer feedback systems and experience in translating insights into actionable strategies • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and collaborate across teams and leadership
