β’ The Senior Program Manager, Payer Operations, will lead both the implementation of new initiatives and the ongoing management, strategy, and optimization of existing processes and programs. β’ This role will not only oversee complex, cross-functional projects, but will also drive the strategic build-out and evolution of the payer operations function. β’ The Senior Program Manager will be an external-facing leader, managing high-impact relationships with payer partners, communicating operational performance, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with partner expectations. β’ Strong relationship management and communication skills are essential to fostering collaboration and supporting the long-term success of our payer partnerships.
β’ 7+ years of cross-functional experience in high-growth startups and/or healthcare systems, with deep expertise in operations, healthcare, and strategy. β’ Strong working knowledge of healthcare operations, claims processes, and payer-provider relationships. β’ Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time. β’ Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills. β’ Strong analytical and strategic thinking with attention to detail. β’ Collaborative leader who thrives in a culture of accountability, teamwork, and entrepreneurship.
