β€’ The Senior Program Manager, Payer Operations, will lead both the implementation of new initiatives and the ongoing management, strategy, and optimization of existing processes and programs. β€’ This role will not only oversee complex, cross-functional projects, but will also drive the strategic build-out and evolution of the payer operations function. β€’ The Senior Program Manager will be an external-facing leader, managing high-impact relationships with payer partners, communicating operational performance, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with partner expectations. β€’ Strong relationship management and communication skills are essential to fostering collaboration and supporting the long-term success of our payer partnerships.

Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of cross-functional experience in high-growth startups and/or healthcare systems, with deep expertise in operations, healthcare, and strategy. β€’ Strong working knowledge of healthcare operations, claims processes, and payer-provider relationships. β€’ Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time. β€’ Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills. β€’ Strong analytical and strategic thinking with attention to detail. β€’ Collaborative leader who thrives in a culture of accountability, teamwork, and entrepreneurship.
