🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform, security, compliance, or internal tooling. • Strong understanding of FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA, and other security/compliance frameworks (direct FedRAMP experience is required). • Experience working on technical platform products in a SaaS or cloud-based environment. • Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and security teams to deliver complex technical products. • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform decision-making. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Experience with internal tooling development and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams is a plus. • Previous experience in healthcare, mental health, or regulated industries is a plus.
