Description

• Responsible for leading and managing a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth. • Developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key clients, and providing guidance and support to the sales team. • Analyzing market trends and customer needs to continuously improve sales performance and drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role in the healthcare benefit space required. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing business needs • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets • Experience managing a large and diverse sales team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospects, consultants and internal stakeholders • Deep understanding, developing and executing on a sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and closing • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results
