• Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential risks. • Perform strategic sales territory planning to set appropriate account allocation and business development KPIs amongst the team. • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders within the region. • Monitor and report on regional sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and strategic collaborations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. • Minimum of 15 years of experience in software sales, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a software environment, preferably in platform simulation or related technologies.
