Description

• Spring & Bond is a digital media agency and consultancy specializing in helping pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers • Critical role in the success of our client services team • Contributing to all aspects of the day-to-day success of our client's media strategy and execution • Work closely with other members of the client services team • Maintain health of the account • Coordinate directly with clients and agency partners • Proactively collaborate on projects with internal teams • Field and coordinate communications and meetings with clients, vendors, and partners • Lead tactical and channel planning • Monitor budgets and forecasts • Cultivate publisher and vendor relationships • Collaborate with teams on internal pacing and optimizations

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 7-10 years of relevant work supporting media strategy for clients • Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred • Advanced skills in measurement partnerships • In-depth knowledge of non-traditonal HCP and DTC landscape • Experience with competitive landscape tools and application to story-tell • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive while juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
