• Work closely with other members of the client services team, including Group Media Director and Media Supervisor • Maintain health of the account • Coordinate directly with clients and agency partners across ongoing digital marketing projects • Proactively collaborate on projects with internal ad operations and business intelligence teams • Field and coordinate communications and meetings with clients, vendors, and partners • Lead tactical and channel planning across multiple brand products • Monitor budgets and forecasts, identifying issues or opportunities for meaningful improvements • Cultivate publisher and vendor relationships to ensure we stay on top of new opportunities and identify first-to-market opportunities • Collaborate with teams on internal pacing and optimizations to ensure successful campaign execution
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 7-10 years of relevant work supporting media strategy for clients • Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred • Advanced skills in measurement partnerships • In-depth knowledge of non-traditional HCP and DTC landscape • Experience with competitive landscape tools and application to story-tell • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive while juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
