📋 Description
• Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Develop training programs and sales techniques to enhance team performance. • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that is sales driven. • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals. • Acquire product line knowledge on all of Spring Financial's programs and educate clients on the best use of these programs.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3+ years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry. • Fluent in both English and French • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or a combination of relevant experience. • Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Results-oriented, creative, and charismatic, with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates. • Prior experience in a call center is an asset.
