Description

• Partner with the sales organization to drive revenue for Sprinklr’s Eastern division. • Conduct in-depth discovery on customer’s current and future states. • Design solutions, lead presales activities, and collaborate with teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a presales role, preferably with a CCaaS based company managing large enterprise customers. • Clear communicator engaging with Executives, IT, and business leads/practitioners. • Experience with cloud contact center technologies including IP Telephony and Analytics.
