📋 Description
• Sprinto is a leading platform that automates Security compliance & works with any cloud setup and helps monitor entity-level risks and controls from a single dashboard. • By raising the bar on security, Sprinto ensures compliance, healthy operational practices, and the ability to grow and scale with unwavering confidence. • We are a team of 300+ employees & more than hundreds of customers across 25+ countries. • The Role • This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. • We sell remotely, so you'll spend most of your time on the phone or video calls. • We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented salesperson to join our sales team and play a key role in helping us scale our business.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-10 years of sales experience, particularly in B2B SaaS markets • Strong communication and presentation skills - solid writing skills are a must! • Ability to think on your feet — you’re someone who can figure out creative ways to get the maximum conversions. • Can break down complicated technical matters and understandably explain them. • Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment • Adept at using any CRM – Freshsales, Salesforce, HubSpot, to manage & track pipelines • Able to engage in a technical conversation with the CTO/Head of Engineering to understand their requirements • Prior experience selling to the US or a foreign audience is a plus
