β€’ Prospect and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities. β€’ Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the unique requirements and challenges of prospective clients with respect to their GRC needs. β€’ Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas. β€’ Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. β€’ Work closely with your pod SDR to build a good pipeline coverage to hit revenue and logo goals β€’ Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS solutions. β€’ Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting the needs of the customer. β€’ Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth. β€’ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software. β€’ Represent Sprinto with professionalism and integrity at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements

β€’ Proven 4 -8 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferably as a Hunting Account Executive or a similar role. β€’ Previous experience handling North America as a territory β€’ Track record of over-achieving quota. β€’ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Self-motivated and driven to succeed. β€’ Proficient with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator among other sales stack tools. β€’ BA/BS degree or equivalent.
