•5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships management, ideally within Private Equity, Venture Capital, or R&D sectors within a SaaS firm •Experience in growth/partnerships/business development in the VC, fintech, or software/technology industry, and proven experience leading a partner GTM strategy •Experience in closing complex partnership deals and delivering measurable business impact. •Gathering, distilling, and processing complex market (industry, competitor, customer, prospect) intelligence. •Established network within the PE and VC ecosystem, with a proven track record of building and maintaining high-level relationships. •Demonstrated progressive experience selling high technology products in assigned territory in a VC/Referral model •Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale, and delivering results •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification. •Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) for managing partnerships and tracking deals.
