📋 Description
• Sprout Social is looking to hire a Senior Global Payroll Specialist to the Finance team. • As a member of Sprout’s finance team, you’ll help better position Sprout for future growth while maintaining compliance and integrity at the highest level. • Use your subject-matter expertise to refine our domestic to achieve greater effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance. • Play a key role in processing global payroll and responding to taxing authority notices. • Assist in developing and curating our employee-facing educational materials around pay slips, deductions, and payroll taxes.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years experience in a payroll administration role • Strong Workday (HRIS) experience, including advanced knowledge of the Workday payroll module • Excellent analytical and Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLookups, IF formulas, etc.) • Proven track record of success processing domestic year-end W-2s
