• Responsible for strategic management and development of key accounts • Build long-term and trusting customer relationships focusing on revenue growth • Identify growth potentials and business opportunities • Lead proposal processes and negotiate framework contracts at management level • Collaborate with internal teams to develop individual solutions and ensure customer satisfaction • Support development and implementation of industry-specific sales strategies for digital transformation
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of professional experience in solution sales • Experience in relevant industries such as consumer goods, electronics, and high-tech • Existing network in one or more of these industries is advantageous • Proven success in account management, ideally in sales of platform solutions • Strong negotiation and communication skills at management level • Deep understanding of digital services and technologies, ideally for AI-supported solutions • Willingness to travel and flexibility
