• Full-time remote position working during normal business hours. • This is a fast-paced, high-volume position responsible for maintaining detailed information in a transaction database, invoicing, and processing commissions, maintaining electronic deal files, monthly reporting, liaison with corporate accounting, and other tasks as assigned to ensure compliance with established corporate guidelines and consistency with company policies. • This position will have the following responsibilities for multiple offices in multiple states.
• Minimum three years commercial real estate experience and/or transactional experience required • Minimum five years professional experience – bachelor’s degree preferred • Salesforce experience helpful • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, and Word skills will be tested) • Analytical skills required (ability to drill down, figure things out and provide solutions). Logic and reasoning skills will be tested. • Superior attention to detail and follow-through • Organizational and efficiency skills essential; must be willing to embrace established work process. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization • Effective at multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment • Manage priorities and high deal volume effectively to meet deadlines
