• Responsible for managing and optimizing the ServiceNow Discovery module. • Ensure accurate and comprehensive discovery of configuration items (CIs). • Work closely with IT teams to configure and maintain Discovery schedules. • Troubleshoot issues and ensure effective integration with ServiceNow ecosystem. • Familiarity with on-premises deployments essential for system stability.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, 2+ managing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, including hands-on experience with Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, service mapping, and CSDM 4.0. • Experience maintaining enterprise hardware and software Configuration Items (CI’s), ensuring data integrity, and tracking assets within a ServiceNow CMDB • Experience with Service Mapping and Discovery processes • Experience with the Change Management process to understand the changes and impacts within the CMDB • Secret clearance (interim required to start) • Must be a current US Citizen • CompTIA Security+ or better (DoD 8570 IAT II compliant) • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery or similar relevant certifications preferred
