Description
• Ensures that compensation programs support the organization's strategic objectives and meet all legal requirements. • Serves as a strategic consultant to leaders to recruit, reward and retain desired talent to meet the needs of the organization. • Ensures compensation programs remain within budgetary constraints. • Plans and directs compensation policies, objectives, and initiatives. • Leads in the development and management of executive and non executive compensation philosophies and policies that align behavior and performance with the strategic direction of the organization. • Responsible for management functions including activities related to staffing such as recruitment, hiring, performance evaluation, and compensation determination. • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education • Five years' experience, with two years' in leadership
