Description

β€’ Ensures that compensation programs support the organization's strategic objectives and meet all legal requirements. β€’ Serves as a strategic consultant to leaders to recruit, reward and retain desired talent to meet the needs of the organization. β€’ Ensures compensation programs remain within budgetary constraints. β€’ Plans and directs compensation policies, objectives, and initiatives. β€’ Leads in the development and management of executive and non executive compensation philosophies and policies that align behavior and performance with the strategic direction of the organization. β€’ Responsible for management functions including activities related to staffing such as recruitment, hiring, performance evaluation, and compensation determination. β€’ Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education β€’ Five years' experience, with two years' in leadership
