Description

• Hire, train, and mentor a team of Account Executives in the US to sell into the West-Coast market • Managing and leading a team of 4-8 Account Executives (AEs) • 1:1 weekly meetings with AEs to upskill, coach and mentor as needed • Pitch potential clients on StackAdapt, alongside AE team both in-person and virtually • Leverage several sales enablement and operations tools (i.e. Salesloft, Gong, Salesforce etc.) to uncover actionable insights that improve team performance • Travel with Account Executives to support them in growing their existing business and closing new business from agencies and brands • Collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed to improve processes and provide feedback that contributes to the overall success of the business

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as an AE at a similar organization followed by 3+ years of experience as a sales manager • Excellent understanding of programmatic media strategies, agency/brand’s media buying process and the competitive landscape within the digital advertising ecosystem. • Proven experience in leading and executing change management initiatives, including leading the adoption of new sales strategies, technologies, and processes, while effectively managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring minimal disruption to sales performance • Successful track record selling into agencies and brands as an individual contributor at a DSP (or other ad platform) • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development to achieve personal and organizational goals. • Strong client relation skills as the SD is often the first point of escalation on many client discussions • Proven cross functional track record as you work alongside client service counterparts and surface client/prospect specific needs to the organization
