Description

• Sales Director for the Eastern US, based out of NYC metro area • Drive customer success with enterprise SaaS products • Utilize consultative and solution-selling techniques • Develop effective sales strategies to meet company objectives • Build and maintain relationships with key clients • Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • A Master’s degree is a plus • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Strong leadership skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape • Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively • Strong customer focus • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
