• 3-4 years of experience in a closing sales role - preferably in martech, adtech, B2B SaaS, or media. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, with demonstrated success in a full-cycle sales role. • Solid understanding of digital marketing, PR, content, SEO, and earned media. • Ability to engage with senior executives, confidently leading sales conversations with CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and PR leaders. • Consultative sales approach, with the ability to deeply understand client needs and propose tailored solutions. • Strong business acumen, with the ability to navigate complex buyer journeys and procurement processes. • Data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to create compelling sales narratives and business cases. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Highly organized, with a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting approach. • Passionate about digital media/marketing or journalism.
