📋 Description

• Discovering and pursuing opportunities for new sales prospects • Defining solutions for customers that brings value • Negotiating and closing complex deals • Extending services with existing clients • Working collaboratively with all key roles across Strada • Linking on the strategic level with prospects, customers and partners • Analyzing market and competitive conditions • Serving as the subject matter expert • Drive the creative process for generating new ideas • Build and maintain a network of academic, industry and advisory partners

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ Years • Large scale transformation and operations support of payroll and HR services in multiple countries • Exceptional influencing skills, both internally and externally • Advanced complex sales experience • Value based selling experience • Change management experience • Experience of working in a complex matrix structure • Understanding of delivery models from global delivery center perspective • Work remote but flexible approach to travel • Analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Customer focused • Exceptional influencing skills • Focus on quality • Able to work at distance • Able to work independently
